Success stories

Progress, confidence and new possibilities.

Hear from learners and partner organisations about the impact of education, training and community-based learning delivered by Eagles Consultancy.

Success looks different for everyone.

For one learner, it might mean returning to education after a long break. For another, it may mean gaining confidence, progressing to further study or securing a new role.

For the schools, charities and community organisations with whom we work, success can mean bringing accessible learning directly into the communities they serve.

Learning that strengthens families and communities.

Building skills, careers and community growth

Over the past few years, the adult education and teaching assistant courses have been running successfully and have made a significant impact on the local community. The programmes have consistently provided learners with valuable skills, confidence and opportunities to further their careers in education and beyond.

The teaching assistant courses, in particular, have equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience, preparing them to support teachers and students effectively in classroom settings. Many learners have gone on to secure meaningful employment or progress to further training, which is a testament to the quality of teaching and support provided throughout the courses.

The community has benefited greatly from these initiatives. Not only have they opened doors for individuals looking to upskill or re-enter the workforce, but they have also strengthened the local education system by creating a pool of well-trained, motivated teaching assistants.

Overall, the continued success of these adult education courses highlights their importance in personal development, employability and community growth. They remain a valuable resource for learners of all backgrounds and will no doubt continue to make a positive difference for years to come.

Irreplaceable support that transforms families

The work you have done with the parents and community at our school over the last six years is irreplaceable. The learning outcomes have helped so many parents look further into education to improve their skills.

The tutors have always been professional and delivered good-quality lessons, helping those who need a little extra support and making sure that learners of all abilities are able to complete their work.

You have always supported parents with any difficulties and come across as friendly and approachable. The impact of the courses you deliver has helped families gain employment and continue their education, which benefits families throughout our school.

Parents appreciate and ask about the courses and are looking forward to starting as soon as they are available.

Eagles Consultancy has provided an excellent working relationship and quality education, and we hope this can continue in the very near future.

Life-changing support that builds confidence and community

Working with Eagles Consultancy has been such a wonderful experience for the families we support. Their courses do not just teach skills—they help parents grow in confidence, feel valued and connect with others in meaningful ways. The tutors consistently go above and beyond to support our parents, offering guidance, encouragement and practical help whenever it is needed.

Danny, in particular, has been incredibly reliable and approachable, always making sure that every learner feels supported and able to succeed.

We have seen learners build friendships, gain a sense of belonging and develop confidence that often extends far beyond the classroom. Many parents have gone on to further learning, training and even employment—taking steps they once thought were out of reach. The hope and motivation these courses inspire is truly remarkable.

We know how much our parents want and need these opportunities, and how transformative they can be. Being able to work with Eagles Consultancy again would make a real difference—not just in learning, but in lives, families and the wider community.

We wholeheartedly hope to see this service return, as it has a genuinely life-changing impact for the families we support.

A trusted partner in local communities.

I have been working with Eagles Consultancy for nearly five years now in my role as community hub leader in the Winson Green area of Birmingham. Eagles have been excellent partners in a number of ways.

We value their willingness to run courses in the heart of communities, coming to where the learners are. As a result of Eagles' provision of Childcare and Teaching Assistant courses, we have benefited as an organisation.

Learners have gone on to gain paid work with us and other organisations, including secondary and primary schools. They have become a trusted partner and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Confidence to thrive—and the skills to match

It was an amazing learning experience. I gained the knowledge and skills I needed to thrive in my career. I achieved the goal that was set at the start of the course. I feel more confident and motivated in my job. It boosted my self-esteem and gave me the confidence that I am capable of working with children with SEND and in mainstream settings.

Back to learning, back to confidence

I had been nervous about taking up a course after a long break from both work and education, but Eagles Consultancy made this so easy for me. I found Eagles Consultancy to be well organised, informative and supportive, from enrolment through to completion of the course.

Our tutor was helpful, easy to approach and very supportive of any concerns or issues we had. This was extremely important to our group, which was made up mostly of stay-at-home mums looking to get back into work while balancing family life.

He made our learning experience fun and flexible and kept us well informed about what to expect. I am now hoping to complete the Level 3 course, which will give me more options for work in the future.

This course has given me a deep understanding of the various aspects of classroom management and student engagement. It has helped me improve my teaching skills and my understanding of how to meet additional needs.

It has been challenging juggling everything alongside my course, but completing my qualification has given me great satisfaction and reduced my stress levels.

I was given full support by my tutor, who was patient and helpful throughout. I look forward to new doors opening for me with my new qualification and experience.

From confidence boost to career plans

The course has been really good and helpful. I always wanted to do something like this. One of the most helpful parts was being able to attend classes online rather than having to travel somewhere physically. As the classes were recorded, I was able to catch up when a class fell on my placement day.

The teachers are very supportive, helpful and friendly. I have been able to reach them through Teams, WhatsApp or by telephone when needed.

Through the course, I gained knowledge and understanding of school settings, health and safety, supporting learning, effective communication and teamwork. Most importantly, I gained confidence that I could work in this sector as a Teaching Assistant.

Alongside my Teaching Assistant course, I was able to complete Functional Skills English and Maths. Eagles Consultancy gave me the opportunity to complete these while undertaking my Teaching Assistant qualification.

Eagles Consultancy also helped me find my placement. I now feel confident and am looking forward to completing the Level 3 Teaching Assistant course. I am very grateful to my teachers for their support.
