✓ Be aged 19 or over
✓ Have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom
✓ Live within the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) area
✓ Not be currently enrolled on another government-funded course
✓ Have a suitable level of English (this will be assessed before enrolment)
✓ If employed, earn less than £34,194 gross per year
