A little more about Eagles
What we do
- Recognised qualifications and funded learning: adult vocational programmes supporting skills, confidence and progression. Funding is subject to eligibility and availability.
- Professional training: courses and practical development for individuals, staff teams and volunteers.
- Workforce development: training shaped around the needs of employers, schools, care providers and community organisations.
- Education consultancy: support with curriculum development, quality assurance, workforce planning and organisational learning.
Our story
Founded in Sutton Coldfield in 2006, Eagles began with a commitment to making learning accessible and helping people progress. Our first publicly funded adult education contract followed in 2008, and our partnership with Heart of Worcestershire College began in 2010.
We expanded online and blended learning in 2020 and moved our office to Lichfield in 2024. Today, funded adult education sits alongside professional training, workforce development and consultancy.
Quality, guidance and learner support
We first achieved the Matrix Standard in 2015 and were re-accredited in 2026. It recognises the quality of our information, advice and guidance services.
Our approach combines practical teaching, flexible delivery and support shaped around learner and organisational needs. We work with colleges, employers, schools and community partners to help people make informed decisions about their next steps.
Let’s talk about your next step.
