Eagles Consultancy was established in Sutton Coldfield in 2006 with a commitment to creating learning opportunities that improve confidence, capability and progression.
Since then, we have developed from a locally based education provider into an experienced learning and workforce development partner. We work with adult learners, schools, employers, colleges, local authorities and community organisations.
Government-funded adult education remains an important part of our work. Alongside it, we now offer an expanding range of commercially funded courses, continuing professional development, organisational training and education consultancy services.

Founded in Sutton Coldfield
Eagles Consultancy was established in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, with a commitment to improving access to education, skills and workforce development.
Apprenticeship delivery begins
Began delivering apprenticeship programmes under the national Apprenticeship Framework, supporting learners to develop occupational knowledge and skills.
First funded adult education contract
Awarded our first publicly funded adult education contract through Birmingham City Council's Transformation for Childcare programme.
College partnership established
Established an adult education delivery partnership with Heart of Worcestershire College, formerly operating through the Three Counties Consortium.
First awarded the Matrix Standard
Achieved the Matrix Standard in recognition of the quality of our information, advice and guidance services and our commitment to supporting informed learner progression.
Matrix Standard re-awarded
Successfully retained the Matrix Standard following external reassessment, reaffirming the quality of our learner support and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Online and blended learning expanded
Developed our Virtual Learning Environment and expanded our delivery model to include online and blended learning, increasing flexibility and continuity for learners.
Relocation to Lichfield
Relocated our office to Lichfield, Staffordshire, creating a new base from which to support our team, learners and organisational partners.
A broader workforce development focus
Expanded our strategic focus to include professional training, continuing professional development and consultancy services alongside government-funded adult education.
Matrix Standard re-awarded
Successfully re-accredited against the Matrix Standard, demonstrating our continued commitment to effective information, advice and guidance and high-quality support for learners.
