We are continually reviewing our website and digital content with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA.

The website is designed to support different ways of access.

You should be able to enlarge text and zoom into pages using your browser or device settings without losing essential information.

We aim to make navigation, links, forms and interactive content usable without relying on a mouse or touchscreen.
Screen readers
We aim to use meaningful headings, link text, page structures and image descriptions so that content can be understood using screen-reading technology.
Readable content
We aim to use clear language, legible typography, sufficient colour contrast and consistent page layouts.
Responsive layouts
Website content is designed to adapt across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.
Reduced motion
Where animation or movement is used, we aim to respect device settings that request reduced motion.

Until a representative sample of pages, documents, forms and interactive features has been formally tested, we do not claim that the website fully or partially conforms to that standard.
We use a combination of content review, automated checks and manual testing when developing and updating the website. We intend to review the statement after further accessibility testing has been completed.

Some content or functionality may not yet provide the accessibility experience we intend. Potential limitations include the following.
PDFs and downloadable documents
Some existing policies, course leaflets, forms or historic documents may not be fully structured for screen-reader or keyboard access.
Images containing text
Some course graphics and promotional images contain written information within the image. We aim to ensure equivalent course information is also provided as webpage text.
Third-party services
Embedded forms, videos, payment services, learning systems, social-media content and other third-party tools may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
Older website content
Some older pages or materials may use structures, labels or formatting that do not yet meet our current accessibility approach.
Captions and transcripts
Some existing audio or video material may not yet include complete captions, audio description or a written transcript.
Complex forms
We are continuing to review online enquiry, application, eligibility and enrolment forms for keyboard operation, clear labels and accessible error messages.

Services provided by other organisations.
Our website and learning services may link to or use systems supplied by third parties. These can include Squarespace, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, learning platforms, payment providers, awarding organisations and external websites.
We aim to select and configure these services responsibly, but we may not be able to control every aspect of their accessibility.
Please contact us where a third-party platform creates a barrier. We will consider whether information, support or an alternative process can reasonably be provided.
