Choosing a course is only one part of a learner's journey.

We help learners explore where a qualification could lead, identify realistic next steps and understand the education, employment and training opportunities available to them.

Our guidance is impartial, accessible and based on each learner's circumstances, experience, strengths and aspirations. Where a learner needs additional support, we can also help identify appropriate specialist services and referral partners.

Careers guidance is integrated into our wider learner-support model rather than treated as a one-off conversation.

Starting-point assessment

We explore your previous experience, current skills, career interests and intended outcomes so that your chosen programme is appropriate for your goals.

Personalised planning

We help you identify achievable next steps, whether your goal is employment, progression at work, further education, volunteering or greater confidence and independence.

Barrier identification

We recognise that progress can be affected by confidence, language, digital access, caring responsibilities, wellbeing, finances or other personal circumstances.

Practical and pastoral support

Our team provides regular contact, encouragement and practical help to support participation, attendance, course completion and progression.

Specialist referrals

Where needs fall outside our expertise, we can signpost or refer learners to relevant services covering areas such as employment, housing, debt, wellbeing, safeguarding and family support.

Progression support

Towards the end of your programme, we help you review your progress, understand your options and prepare for your next step.
