Two routes towards progression
Build skills through learning
Selected Level 1 and Level 2 vocational pathways, alongside Functional Skills English and maths, ESOL and essential digital skills. We assess starting points and confirm the suitable funded offer.
Discuss available pathwaysPrepare for work
Practical support with CVs, job search, applications, interviews, workplace communication, confidence and action planning. Delivery can be discussed for individuals or groups.

How do referrals work?
- Discuss the need. Tell us about the learner or group, their starting points, barriers and intended outcomes.
- Assess and check. We complete initial assessment and confirm suitable learning routes and funding eligibility.
- Enrol and support. Learners receive guidance, tutor support and an agreed delivery plan.
- Share progress. With appropriate consent, partners receive attendance, progress and next-step updates.
Who can access funded learning?
Funding is not automatic. It depends on learner circumstances, residency, prior attainment, the current funded offer and available places.
Contact us before making a referral so we can confirm which programmes and geographical areas we can currently support. Funding for one programme does not establish eligibility for another.
Can you support individuals and groups?
We can discuss individual referrals or planned cohorts. We shape the route around learner needs, starting points and intended outcomes, with a named contact and clear information for referring teams.

Where and how is learning delivered?
Delivery can include online, blended, partner-venue or community-venue learning. We agree a suitable format based on the programme, learner needs and partnership arrangements.
What updates do referral partners receive?
With appropriate learner consent, we can share attendance, progress and next-step updates. We agree the communication arrangements when planning the referral pathway.
Does training include recruitment or employment?
Eagles Consultancy provides education and preparation for work. We do not act as a recruitment agency or guarantee interviews, placements or employment.
