Success, In Their Own Words
From first steps to new roles – the journey starts here.
Building Skills, Careers, and Community Growth
Rofia Khatun, Learning Mentor/DSL 2025-26
Waverley School
“Over the past few years, the adult education and teaching assistant courses have been running successfully and have made a significant impact on the local community. The programs have consistently provided learners with valuable skills, confidence, and opportunities to further their careers in education and beyond.
The teaching assistant courses, in particular, have equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience, preparing them to support teachers and students effectively in classroom settings. Many learners have gone on to secure meaningful employment or progress to further training, which is a testament to the quality of teaching and support provided throughout the courses.
The community has benefited greatly from these initiatives. Not only have they opened doors for individuals looking to upskill or re-enter the workforce, but they have also strengthened the local education system by creating a pool of well-trained, motivated teaching assistants.
Overall, the continued success of these adult education courses highlights their importance in personal development, employability, and community growth. They remain a valuable resource for learners of all backgrounds and will no doubt continue to make a positive difference for years to come.”
Irreplaceable Support That Transforms Families
Sheela Khan, Parent Support Adviser/Attendance Officer/DSL 2025-26
Regents Park Community Primary School
“I am saddened to hear you are unable to start new courses this year due to funding.
The work you have done with the parents and community at our school over the last 6 years is irreplaceable. The learning outcome has helped so many parents look further into education to improve their skills.
The Tutors have always been professional and delivered good quality lessons, helping those that need a little extra help and making sure all abilities are able to complete their work.
You have always supported the parents with any difficulties and come across friendly and approachable. The impact of the courses you deliver has helped families get jobs and further their education, which benefits and gives quality living to families in our school.
Parents appreciate and ask about the courses and are looking forward to starting as soon as they are available.
Eagles Consultancy has provided excellent work relationship and quality education and hope this can continue in the very near future.”
Life-Changing Support That Builds Confidence and Community
Niasha Iqbal, Community Link Worker 2025-26
Bordesley Green Primary School Community Hub
“Working with Eagles Consultancy has been such a wonderful experience for the families we support. Their courses don’t just teach skills—they help parents grow in confidence, feel valued, and connect with others in meaningful ways. The tutors consistently go above and beyond to support our parents, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical help whenever it’s needed. Danny, in particular, has been incredibly reliable and approachable, always making sure that every learner feels supported and able to succeed.
We’ve seen learners build friendships, gain a sense of belonging, and develop confidence that often extends far beyond the classroom. Many parents have gone on to further learning, training, and even employment—taking steps they once thought were out of reach. The hope and motivation these courses inspire is truly remarkable.
This year, unfortunately, we haven’t been able to access the courses due to funding limits. We know how much our parents want and need these opportunities, and how transformative they can be. Being able to work with Eagles Consultancy again would make a real difference—not just in learning, but in lives, families, and the wider community.
We wholeheartedly hope to see this service return, as it has a genuinely life-changing impact for the families we support.”
A Trusted Partner Making Local Impact
Megan T. Children's & Families Project Manager for Newbigin House Community Trust. Partner 2024-25
"I have been working with Eagles Consultancy for nearly 5 years now in my role as community hub leader in the Winson Green area of Birmingham. Eagles have been excellent partners in a number of ways. We value their willingness to run courses in the heart of communities, coming to where the learners are. As a result of Eagles' provision of Childcare and TA courses, we have benefitted as an organisation. Learners have gone on to have paid work from us and other organisations, including secondary and primary schools. They have become a trusted partner and I wholeheartedly recommend them."

Back to Learning, Back to Confidence
Asia I. Student 2024-25
"I had been nervous about taking up a course after a long break from both work and education, but Eagles Consultancy made this so easy for me. I found Eagles Consultancy to be well organised, informative and supportive from the enrollment process to throughout the completion of the course. Our tutor was helpful, easy to approach and very supportive of any concerns or issues we had, which was extremely important to our group, which was made up of mostly stay-at-home mums looking to get back into work and coping with family life. He made our learning experience fun and flexible, keeping us well informed along the way of what to expect. I am now hoping to do the level three which will give me more options for work in the future."

It has been challenging for me juggling all things at once alongside my course, but completing my qualification has given me great satisfaction and reduced my stress levels.
I was also given full support by my tutor, throughout by being patient and helpful. I look forward to new doors opening for me with my new qualification and experience!”

From Confidence Boost to Career Plans
Tayeba C. Student 2024-25
”The course has been really good and helpful. I always wanted to do something like this. The most helpful part for me was that I was able to attend the classes online and did not have to go to physically anywhere to attend the class. As the classes were recorded, for any emergency, like if the class fell on my placement day,I was able to go through the recording and catch up.
The teachers are very supportive, helpful, and friendly. I have been able to reach them through Teams, WhatsApp, or phone calls when needed.
By doing this course, I gained knowledge and understanding about school settings, health and safety, supporting learning, importance of effective communication, teamwork, etc. One of the most important things for me is that I have gained confidence that I can do a job in this sector as a teaching assistant. As I was doing placement throughout the course, I was able to experience the role of a teaching assistant physically, and I enjoyed working with children.
Along with TA courses, I was able to do English and Maths functional skills courses. To get a job as a TA, it is very important to have certificates in English and Maths as well. Eagles Consultancy Firm gave me this opportunity to complete English and Maths courses while doing the TA course.
This is my 1st time working experience doing the placement. Eagles Consultancy firm (my teacher) helped me to find the placement. By being part of the course, I feel really confident and good. I am looking forward to doing the level 3 TA course with Eagles Consultancy Firm.
I am very grateful to my teachers for their support.”
